Select Projects

When importing an XER file containing multiple projects, the Select Projects table displays a list of the projects in the file, which allows the user to select which of the projects are to be imported.

Checking the box in the header selects or deselects all of the Projects.

The name of the Project(s) may be changed by the user in this table.

 Import Options

Import Project Data - Tick this box if the Project data is to be imported. If the Method is set to 'Create New Project' then this is preselected and cannot be changed.

Import Calendar Data - Tick this box if the Calendar data is to be imported. This option is only available for Primavera XER files and Microsoft MPX files.

Import Task Data - Tick this box if the Task data is to be imported.

Import Links Data - Tick this box if the Links data is to be imported. This option is only available in ChainLink Professional version for Primavera XER files and Microsoft MPX files.

Import WBS Library - Tick this box if the WBS Library data is to be imported. This option is only available for Primavera XER files and Microsoft MPX files.

Import Resource Data - Tick this box if the Resource data is to be imported. This option is only available for Primavera XER files and Microsoft MPX files.
